The Cats Prague 2023

 On 1st and 2nd of April we participated in a large number in the international promotional show Cats 2023. The aim of the show was to introduce the general public to cat breeds and to promote the breeding of cats with pedigree. Visitors had the opportunity to meet noble cats and their breeders and learn many interesting things about breeding cats of different breeds. On both days in the Top Hotel there was an accompanying programme of lectures for the public and breeders.

The exhibition also included an offer of cats from the shelter, sale of breeding supplies and on both days we successfully participated in the competition for the most beautiful cat, which was chosen by numerous visitors.

Although our stand was one of the largest, the constant interest of the visitors made the large space very crowded. The first cage was occupied by Bruce, the second one by Tyson and Xavier. The neighbouring cage belonged to Santiago and next to him the kittens from the H2 litter enjoyed their premiere. Next came Willi, then Tootsie, then her son Edie and the whole line-up was completed by Shine. The cats enjoyed the attention, had fun and were certainly not bored. Absolutely all of them, including the kittens from the H2 litter, were in the lens of the lens until they were compared to the stars of the red carpets.

In the category of the most beautiful polydactyl Maine Coon cat, Tootsie, Edie and Tyson met. Tootsie Goldentowncoon was a hit with the crowd and took first place. In the best looking Maine Coon cat category, Shine Nuar Oxymoron was chosen by the viewers. Shine won the final of all categories and was the star of the first day of the show.

 Sunday was an hour shorter, but the interest of the audience did not wane. Willy flashed a great walk among the spectators and brought more and more visitors to our space. As on Saturday, there was a final competition across categories, with Edward Nile Goddess having the imaginary iron in the fire. Eddie scored and the bronze place definitely went to his skin, or rather to his liking.

Good organization and huge interest of visitors adorned the exhibition Cats 2023.
